Our Mission
Christian Love Ministries is a non- profit organization
whose sole purpose is to assist local people to overcome problems with drugs
and / or alcohol by providing a facility where they can stay to begin
recovery, and counseling services by qualified, compassionate staff who will
support them in a program of recovery based on morality, reality,
responsibility, and righteousness.
Here are the Facts:

- Over 80% of jails and prisons are filled with inmates convicted of drug
crimes.
- Western N.C. and Eastern Tennessee extremely high rates of
Oxycontin abuse.
- With well over 23 million addicts in the U.S., only 2- 3 million recieve
treatment each year, as long waiting lists and lack of
treatment centers keeps them from
finding treatment.
- It is estimated that one in every ten people has a drinking or drug
problem in the U.S.

Costs of Residential Treatment Increase Each Year

Many are forced to pay outrageous sums of money for treatment of addiction
to drugs or alcohol. Insurance companies are less and less inclined or
even obligated to pay for these costs.
In keeping with our original intentions upon opening 23 years ago, our costs
have increased only slightly.
The ministry operates on an annual budget of $553,413 (2009
annual report, CLM)
Given this data we can determine that it costs the ministry $4,630 to house,
treat, feed, provide counseling, and ultimately to offer a new life to an
individual trapped and bound by addiction to drugs or alcohol.
We ask each student currently to pay $4,500 for treatment. (Local Cherokee
County residents are and always have been welcomed free of charge).
Making no profit from an individual, Christian Love Ministries has become a
model of excellence to other treatment centers, as the
service we provide for so very
little money is virtually non-existent in the U.S.
THERE IS NO NEED TO PAY $20 OR $30 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR TREATMENT!
