Recent Graduations!

Can you imagine living with the same, say, 20 people day and night for 77 days?!  Believe it or not, over 1,600 have come and done so at CLM.  Every Friday the staff and students coordinate a graduation ceremony for the heads of the pack who have endured countless trials, home sickness, thoughts of relapse and have earned their diploma, entrance to the half-way house onsite, staff-volunteer status, and most importantly....serenity and hope for a new life.

Please consider the ministry in your thoughts and prayers.  Over a half million dollars is raised annually to cover the expenses of operating a state-of-the-art treatment center offering cutting edge solutions, based on age-old traditions and biblical teachings.  Anything you could do to help the ministry would be so greatly appreciated, as you will find reading through the site at words by graduates and current students of the program.  Much less than you would expect can really go a long way in the service of the Lord!

Getting into Christian Love:

There are a few requirements for entry to Christian Love

• You must have a SINCERE desire to overcome a true addiction to drugs or alcohol
• Non local residents must pay only $3,600 for 11 weeks of inpatient treatment
• There's a $100 medical deposit that you will receive back upon exiting the program.
• You must have the test RESULTS in hand for the following to be admitted:
  • RPR-EXTENDED BLOOD TEST
  • HIV SCREENING
  • TB-SKIN TEST
  • FOR WOMEN, A PRENANCY TEST (WE DON'T ACCEPT PREGNANT WOMEN
• You MAY be on probation or court ordered, but your P.O. must have close contact
• CLM is not an easy program.  There is a bit of physical work, though we accommodate according to ability, and there is a bit of study work
• Refusal to participate in daily activities and / or work chores may be grounds for dismissal
• We don't allow controlled medications at Christian Love. 
• You may bring regular meds; Call or email if you have a question about a particular medication.  Last notice disqualified Zyprexa and Seroquil.
• You must be 10 days clean or sober to enter.  Some have entered having fewer days clean, but if you are determined to be in a life-threatening detox state, you will be taken to the Emergency Room and you will not enter the program at that time.

Christian Love is NOT a medical facility and does not have a medical staff.  We do not admit "Dual-diagnosis" patients to the extent which a mental disorder is equal to or worse than the applicant's addiction to drugs and / or alcohol.
